BOLO - Missing Thoughts

In honor of Two Shoes Tuesday, I was taking a stroll through my head this morning trying to gather my thoughts.  Just as soon as a thought popped in, it seemed to drop right out.   I thought a lot of thoughts this morning, but for the life of me could not gather them in to form something that made sense.   Hmmm.   This is weird.    Thoughts disappeared as fast as they came.   I turned around and around in my brain, wondering what was wrong.   Then I saw them.     My thoughts.   Swirling around on the ground behind me.   That was when I knew.

I had a hole in my head.

  2. LOL!!! Why do you think I keep pads and pens all over the place and in my purse AND car? If I don't write it down when it pops in my head, it's a goner.

  3. If it ain't written down it ain't happening. I'm 47-yrs-old, I blame it all on menopause starting. LLOL!

  8. Clearly you are not alone. It is quite inspirational to go for a walk to pick up on other people's thoughts that have dropped to the ground. ps It's an old writer's trick; Shhh!

  10. We better not get together or our thoughts might merge on the ground and start a life of their own. Who knows what the might decide to do.

  12. I love this! I didn't know it was going to end that way. Hilarious! I am going to start using that phrase when I forget, or am absent minded!

  13. Nice Judy. LOL What do we do now that we know what the trouble is?

I try to write things down. I suppose we could sort through the pile behind us.

  15. LOL! I have lots of holes in my head, but luckily the cotton wool in there keeps the thoughts from falling out.

  16. Let us not speak of the day recently when I put chili powder in my breakfast oatmeal instead of cinnamon. Hole in my head? Definitely. Perhaps it is because our brains were so large they leaked out a bit???
