I haven't said much about the paranormal lately. I've been a little disappointed in Ghost Hunters - - nothing creepy enough to make me jump. I like to jump! The movie "Insidious" made me jump. "A Haunting In Connecticut" made me jump. Very creepy, both of them. And I'm looking forward to "A Woman In Black" in a couple of days. Hopefully Harry Potter - - er, I mean, Daniel Radcliffe - - will make me jump.
So, in lieu of Ghost Hunters, et al. making me freak, I found this picture. Tell me what you think.
It took me a few tries, but I finally saw it and it made me jump. Creepy. Freaky.
They're creepy and they're kooky,
Mysterious and spooky,
They're altogether ooky,
The Addams Family.
Sorry, that just popped into my head. And now it's going to stay there all day long.
Anyway, as far as the picture goes - - maybe that explains how Izzy keeps getting on the dining table.
I've seen the picture several times on facebook and I'm too afraid to look very close. How chicken is that?
ReplyDeleteI saw that on facebook this morning and I jumped when I finally saw it. I might have to get rid of my couch pillows.
ReplyDeleteI guess I am so used to kids hiding in my pillows cause it didn't scare me at all. Now laying in bed and putting my head on my pillows only to find them move under me because Joshua has strategically hid himself freaks me out! Lol
ReplyDeleteI'd have to agree, Jeanne - - that would freak me out too!! haha
DeleteOkay, I'm one of those people who see faces and things in patterns like wood grain, clouds, swirls in floor tiles, and the like. So I see a face under the pillows, but I also see a ghostly cat on the window sill. Should I be concerned? Stop me-- if I keep looking, I'll find something else!
ReplyDeleteMelanie, that is hilarious. Hey, you see what you see, right?!
DeleteSorry, I don't see anything, but then I don't really want to either. Thanks for commenting on my blog today.
ReplyDeleteAnn
I don't see anything. Maybe the picture's too small for me to see whatever jumpy detail there is (fyi, I hate jumping! I am anti- jumpy! Unless it's on a trampoline!)
ReplyDeleteI'm not seeing it either, but I'm not trying too hard. I did consider asking my kids to look just so they could give me the crib notes on what is freaky, but they are doing homework.....seems irresponsible to pull them away from that!
ReplyDeleteOkay, people. It took me a while before I saw it too. Behind the couch, left side.
ReplyDeleteBehind the couch....
DeleteLeft side...
Er... lamp?
No, not a lamp. hahaha. keep looking :)
DeleteNow I'm looking at everything and thinking "is that it?" Maybe a face in a cushion pattern? Something in the glare on the window? Maybe the lamp looks like it has teeth?
DeleteIt's just a creepy face (and it really wouldn't even be creepy if it wasn't hiding) behind the couch (or maybe its a chair) where the big pillow is in the front. :)
DeleteIt must be the size. Or my browser. - Or my brain :D I still don't see it! Lol! (That's right! I LOL'd. I don't have kids! Hee hee!)
DeleteHmmm. Maybe that's even creepier than the picture - - that you can't see it! OR, maybe that means you are pure and innocent and that you only see GOOD things! lol - (don't tell my daughter)
DeleteUm yeah... that must be it ;)
DeleteI really didnt see it til I read the comments and looked hard .. a # of years ago an email circulated a link to a web page .. it said "look at these two photo, can you see the differences? Look hard" Well I did and in about 2 seconds this horrifically scary evil face JUMPED out at me, I screamed, jumped back and was too afraid to click away from the web page .. seriously it was that scary..... I think that was the day my hair turned silver
ReplyDeleteI hate those. I block people who try to send me links to stuff like that. I don't care if they're friend or family!
